Mission Impossible 4 – The Heroes of Emirates

Yeah the title is a bit sensationalizing, but that is exactly what we need to pull of early morning tomorrow (the game is at 3.45 am Malaysia time, oh the sacrifice) if we want to have any hope of ending our 6 years trophy drought and prevent it from becoming 7 years trophy drought.

All due to that incompetent, spiritless, heartless performances a couple of weeks back in San Siro. When Mr. Arsene Wenger could not bring out his famous ‘mental strength’ crap excuse anymore, you know we were really bad. Most possibly the lowest point for Gooners around the world in recent years, and that saying something for a team that haven’t won any (meaningful, since Emirates Cup do not count you know) trophy for 6 years and got trashed by Manchester United 8-2 earlier this season. At least for that match, we can say we do not have a lot of the first teamers. Which is something we could not say for that night at San Siro.

To have any chances of qualifying to the quarter final, we need to score at least 4. Now with our attack which consist the best striker in the world this season, I know and the team knows we can do it. But since we cannot defend to save our life, it’ll mean that we will need to score more than that. With that in mind, I’m suggesting Mr. Arsene Wenger to forget about defending altogether, and let’s just attack. Let’s play this way

Can we do it? Logic would say no, even the always confident Mr. Arsene Wenger also claim that we only have 5% chance to make it through. And who can argue with him. But stranger things happened in football.

I mean if Tom Cruise can do all those stuff in the MI series, why can’t we? Let’s make a quick sequel to the MI3 shall we. And I have chosen the suitable title for it.
